Orion Minerals Ltd (Orion or Company) (ASX/JSE: ORN) advises that on 21 May 2026, pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2,
it requested, and the ASX granted, that Orion's securities be placed in voluntary suspension on ASX.

The voluntary suspension was requested pending a material announcement regarding a capital raising being
undertaken by Orion. The voluntary suspension is required to enable the capital raising to be completed in an
orderly manner.

The voluntary suspension on the ASX will remain in place until the earlier of such time as the Company makes an
announcement to the market in relation to the outcome of the capital raising, and the commencement of trading
on Monday, 25 May 2026.

The Johannesburg Stock Exchange has not declared a corresponding voluntary suspension and, accordingly,
investors should exercise caution when dealing in Orion's securities until such time as Orion makes an
announcement to the market in relation to the outcome of the capital raising.
