NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF AUDITED CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE
GUARANTOR
OMLACSA hereby notifies its debt investors that the audited consolidated annual financial
statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 of Old Mutual Limited ("Old Mutual") have
been publicly released. Old Mutual is the guarantor of OMLACSA's OML13, OML14, OML15,
OML16, OML17, OML18, OML19, OML20 and OML21 debt instruments.
The consolidated financial statements of Old Mutual have been audited by Ernst & Young Inc.
and Deloitte & Touche, who have expressed an unmodified opinion.
The audited consolidated annual financial statements of Old Mutual contain a restatement of
the 2024 information in respect of a change in presentation of mandatory reserve deposits
within central banks as reported on the statement of financial position and a restatement of
debtor and creditor control accounts between other assets and other liabilities.
The line item 'Mandatory reserve deposits within central banks', previously disclosed separately
on the face of the Group statement of financial position, has now been aggregated and
included in the 'Cash and cash equivalents' line item as the balances are similar in nature. This
restatement results in a reclassification within the statement of financial position. There is no
impact on the statement of comprehensive income, earnings per share, headline earnings,
headline earnings per share, statement of changes in equity and statement of cash flows.
During 2025, a review of consolidation journal entries was performed. This review identified a
misclassification between trade, other payables and other liabilities, and trade, other
receivables and other assets. The statement of financial position has been corrected by
restating each of the financial statement line items as at 31 December 2024. There is no impact
on the statement of comprehensive income, earnings per share, headline earnings, headline
earnings per share, statement of changes in equity and statement of cash flows.
The audited consolidated annual financial statements of Old Mutual are available on the Old

inspection at Mutualpark, Jan Smuts Drive, Pinelands, Cape Town.
