AMENDMENT TO THE TERMS OF THE DISPOSAL OF THE HULAMIN EXTRUSIONS BUSINESS

Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 24 April 2026 ("the Terms
Announcement"), regarding the proposed disposal of the Hulamin Extrusions business. Defined terms
in the Terms Announcement bear the same meaning in this announcement.

Following receipt of confirmation from the Competition Authorities that the Proposed Transaction is no
longer a notifiable transaction in terms of the Competition Act, the Seller and the Purchaser have
concluded an addendum to the agreement pertaining to the sale of shares in Hulamin Extrusions in
terms of which:

-   the condition precedent that the Proposed Transaction be approved by the Competition Authorities
    in terms of the Competition Act unconditionally, or on conditions which are acceptable to the
    Purchaser and the Seller, has been removed; and
-   the effective date of the Proposed Transaction will now be 1 July 2026.
