CHANGES TO THE BOARD

The board of directors (the Board) of Huge Group currently comprises nine
members, five of which are non-executive, and four of which are executive
(the Executives). The Executives occupy the roles (the Executive Roles) of Chief
Executive Officer, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Chief Financial Officer
(CFO), and Chief Reporting Officer (CRO).

As part of the Board's transitional roadmap and the evolution of its executive
structure, the Board has resolved to consolidate its structure by making
redundant the CCO Role.

In terms of paragraph 6.71 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that, following the redundancy of the CCO Role, Izak
(Zak) van de Merwe has resigned as a director of the Company with effect
from 4 September 2026.

Zak continues to be involved in Huge Group’s Investment Portfolio, remains a
shareholder and director of Huge Group’s MVNO growth initiative, NXTGN
Proprietary Limited, and remains a director of various other Huge Group
companies.

The Board wishes to thank Zak for his contribution to the Company since his
appointment to the Board in October 2022.
