Shareholders are advised that the Annual Integrated Report and its supplementary reports, together with
the Notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”), have been distributed to shareholders today, 30
September 2026.

Notice of hybrid AGM

Notice is hereby given that the 2026 AGM of Implats shareholders will be held on Thursday, 29 October
2026 at 10:00, South Africa Standard Time (SAST). The meeting will be conducted in hybrid format at 2
Fricker Road, Illovo, Johannesburg, with provision for electronic participation. Shareholders will consider
and, if deemed fit, pass the resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM, with or without modification.

The salient dates of the AGM are as follows:
