NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN SPONSOR

Unitholders are hereby informed that the services of African Bank Limited (Business and Commercial Banking Division) as the
Sponsor have been terminated effective 20 February 2026 by CoreSolutions (RF) Proprietary Limited ("the Issuer")

Prescient Structured Product Advisory Proprietary Limited ("Prescient") is appointed as professional advisor to the Issuer with
immediate effect and will assist the Issuer to comply with the relevant JSE Debt and Specialist Securities requirements as well
as for any exchange-traded funds which the Issuer may establish in future.
