Partial Redemption of AAGEET Securities

The JSE has approved the partial redemption of 343,000 AAGEET securities with effect from today,
at an issue price of approximately R10.08 per security.

Following the redemption of the 343,000 securities, there will be 2,552,934 AAGEET securities in
issue.
