NOTIFICATION OF INCREASE IN PROGRAMME AMOUNT

Noteholders are advised that in line with its authority to do so in terms of the provisions of the
programme memorandum for its ZAR60,000,000,000 Structured Note Programme ("the Programme"),
the board of directors of Nedbank, on 27 February 2026, resolved to increase the maximum aggregate
outstanding principal amount of all of the notes that may be in issue under the Programme at any one
point in time from ZAR60,000,000,000 to ZAR120,000,000,000 ("the Increase in the Programme
Amount").

The Increase in the Programme Amount is effective from 4 March 2026.
