CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT: DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY AN ASSOCIATE


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 21 August 2026 regarding dealings in
securities of the Company by Laird Group Proprietary Limited (“Laird”), an associate of Ross King, Craig King and
Tracey Hamill (“Previous Announcement”).

The Company wishes to advise shareholders that the Previous Announcement incorrectly aggregated the
transactions executed on 20 August 2026, described the nature of one transaction as an on-market rather than an
off-market purchase, and described the nature of interest as ‘indirect beneficial’ rather than ‘own beneficial’. The
corrected information is set out below.

In compliance with paragraphs 6.77 to 6.89 (both inclusive) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the
corrected information is disclosed:

 Relationship of associate to directors:            Laird is wholly owned and controlled by the King Family Trust
                                                    (“Trust”), of which each of Ross King, Craig King and Tracey
                                                    Hamill are three of six discretionary beneficiaries of the Trust.
                                                    Tracey Hamill is further the sole director of Laird.
