CHANGE TO SALIENT DATES PERTAINING TO THE LISTING OF AEP


Further to the Abridged Prospectus published on SENS on 9 May 2017 and the announcement released
on SENS dated 20 June 2017, and using the terms defined therein unless otherwise stated, Private
Placees and Retail Investors are advised of the following amendments to the salient dates relating to
the Listing:

 released on SENS on                                                                  Wednesday, 28 June

 Results of the Offer published in the South African press on                          Thursday, 29 June

 Expected Listing Date                                                                   Friday, 30 June

 CSDP and broker accounts will be updated and debited with the funds on                  Friday, 30 June

 1. The above dates may change, and any such change will be published on SENS and in the South African
    press.
 2. CSDPs effect payment in respect of Dematerialised Shareholders on a delivery versus payment basis.



The Company has received irrevocable undertakings from potential investors to subscribe for shares in
the Company. The extension of the above listing date is to allow the Company time to complete and
process the application forms in respect thereof.
