NOTIFICATION OF AMENDMENTS TO THE SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT POLICY.

In accordance with paragraph 7.14 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements,
noteholders are advised that the Bank has reviewed and amended its Supply Chain Management Policy, and
these changes are effective from 1 January 2026. The Bank has amended its supply chain policy as follows :


  •    Definitions and Glossary : Updated and defined to more precise regulatory alignment.

  •    Policy Structure and Layout : Expanded to 33 detailed sections and inclusion of new topics.
  •    Ethical Standards : Enhancement of ethical framework and procedural guidance .
  •    Procurement Methods : Enhancement of alternative methods as it relates to procurement .
  •    SCM Committee & Delegation: Committee roles have been outlined and Delegation of authority
       aligned .
  •    Supplier Management : Debarment procedures are more clearly defined.
  •    Compliance & Enforcement : Inclusion of guidance on enforcement mechanisms.
  •    Legislative Framework : Expanded references , with a stronger emphasis on legislative compliance.
   •   Contract Management : Inclusion of a dedicated section on lifecycle management.

   •   Digitalisation of SCM : Inclusion of Automation initiatives (e-procurement).
