RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 22
December 2025 and the renewal announcement dated 14 January 2026 relating to
negotiations regarding the transaction with an artificial intelligence and technology
company with operations and a significant footprint within the Southern African
Development Community ("SADC") region.

As those negotiations are still ongoing and remain subject to finalisation, shareholders are
advised that, if successfully concluded, the Transaction may have a material effect on the
price of the Company's securities.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in
the Company's securities until a full announcement is made.
