that it will hold its 2026 Annual General Meeting on:

           Date: Monday 30 November 2026
           Time: 4.00pm (Sydney time)

In accordance with the constitution of the Company, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from
persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Wednesday 30 September 2026.

Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the 2026 Annual General Meeting in a separate
Notice of Meeting, which will be provided to shareholders in October 2026. The Notice of Meeting will also
be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform and the Company’s website.
