Notice is hereby given that dividends have been declared from retained earnings for the period from
22 December 2025 to and including 19 March 2026 payable to the Preference Shareholders as recorded
in the books of Investec Bank (Mauritius) Limited ("the Company") at the close of business on Friday,
13 March 2026.

The relevant dates relating to the payment of dividend are as follows:

    is subject to South African Dividend Tax (Dividend Tax) of 20% (subject to any available

    cents per Preference Share
•   Preference Shareholders who are exempt from paying the Dividend Tax will receive a gross
    dividend dominated in ZAR cents per Preference Share
•   Preference Shareholders who are not exempt from paying the Dividend Tax will receive a net
