SECTION 122 – NOTICE OF DISPOSAL OF SHARES


In accordance with Section 6.54 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company
confirms that it has received the following notice in accordance with Section 122 of
the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008:

ujobs Proprietary Limited has disposed of 0.5141% of their beneficial interest in the
Company to reduce the shareholding 14.7111%.

As required in terms of Section 122 (3)(a) of the Companies Act, Visual has filed the
required notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
