2)     Amendment and Restatement of the Applicable Pricing Supplements in respect of the
       IVC300, IVC303, IVC304, IVC306, IVC307, IVC312 IVC335, IVC337, IVC338, IVC340, IVC342
       and IVC353 Notes

Noteholders of the IVC300, IVC303, IVC304, IVC306, IVC307, IVC312, IVC335, IVC337, IVC338,
IVC340, IVC342 and IVC353 Notes (collectively the "Relevant Notes" and each a "Relevant Note")
are referred to the notice sent by Investec Bank Limited ("Investec") on 22 December 2025 ("First
Credit Event Notice") and the amendment notice sent on 23 December 2025 ("Second Credit Event
Notice" and together with the First Credit Event Notice collectively referred to as the "Credit Event
Notices") , whereby Investec notified the Noteholders of a Credit Event that occurred in respect of
one of the constituent Reference Entity under each of the iTraxx Crossover Index Series 41
(Bloomberg: ITRX XOVER CDSI S41 5Y Corp) iTraxx Crossover Series 42 (Bloomberg: ITRX XOVER
CDSI S42 5Y Corp) and iTraxx Crossover Index Series 43 (Bloomberg: ITRX XOVER CDSI S43 5Y
Corp), known as Ardagh Packaging Finance Plc (the "Relevant Reference Entity").

As confirmed in the Credit Event Notices, the third Credit Event has occurred in respect of the IVC304
and IVC307 Notes and the second Credit Event has occurred in respect of the IVC353 Notes however,
the attachment point for the IVC304, IVC307 and IVC353 Notes has not yet been reached.

The Calculation Agent has determined the following in relation to the IVC300, IVC303, IVC306,
IVC312, IVC335, IVC337, IVC338, IVC340 and IVC342 Notes –

the Final Redemption Amount (as the case may be) on the Scheduled Maturity Date of each Relevant
Note.

The Applicable Pricing Supplement executed in respect of each of the IVC300, IVC303, IVC304,
IVC306, IVC307, IVC312, IVC335, IVC337, IVC338, IVC340, IVC342 and IVC353 Notes will be
amended and restated to reflect the terms of the Notes following the occurrence of the Credit Event.
