CONDENSED UNREVIEWED CONSOLIDATED INTERIM FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2026

 1.    SALIENT FEATURES

   •       Administration expenditure increased to R100.6 million, from R13.0 million in the
           prior corresponding period.

   •       Net foreign exchange gains of R182.8 million due to the strengthening of the
           Rand against the US Dollar (2025: R1 324.4 million).


   •       Direct investment in property, plant and equipment of R672.3 million (2025:
           R478.2 million).


   •       Headline earnings per share and earnings per share decreased by 23.47 cents
           to 10.25 cents loss per share (2025: headline earnings of 13.22 cents per share
           restated).

   •       The board of directors, after careful consideration, has elected to not declare a
           dividend for the period ended 30 June 2026 (2025: nil).
