NOTICE OF AMENDMENT TO APPLICABLE PRICING SUPPLEMENT OF CLASS A10 NOTES
Capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall bear the meaning ascribed to them in the Series 3 Supplement
issued by the Issuer on or about 8 September 2016, as amended or supplemented from time to time.
In accordance with paragraph 6.22(a) of the Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited noteholders are hereby advised that the Applicable Pricing Supplement dated on or about
13 November 2023 in respect of the Class A10 Secured Floating Rate Notes under Series 3 (“Class A10 APS”)
contained a manifest error in that the ‘Scheduled Maturity Date’ was incorrectly stated as 16 August 2026 whereas
the correct date is 16 November 2026 as was noted in the listing announcement associated with Class A10 notes
released on SENS on 15 November 2023, and the subsequent Issuer investor reports.
In order to correct the manifest error, the Class A10 APS will be amended in relation to the Scheduled Maturity
Date of the relevant Class A10 notes issued thereunder (“Amendment”) by the deletion of the date “16 August
2026” in item 4 of Section C of the applicable pricing supplement and the replacement thereof with the date "16
November 2026" as the Scheduled Maturity Date.
As a result of the Amendment being a correction of a manifest error, no Noteholder approval is required to approve
the Amendment. The Amendment has been approved by the Series Security SPV and notification thereof has
been provided to the Rating Agency.
