Debt investors are advised that Sappi Southern Africa has amended and restated the
information statement in respect of its ZAR5,000,000,000 Domestic Medium Term Note
Programme (the "Information Statement").
The amendments to the Information Statement primarily relate to updates of the following
sections:
1. Risks relating to Sappi Southern Africa's business and industry and Notes;
2. Description of Sappi Southern Africa, including group overview, background and history,
   product overview, group funding, board of directors and board committees; and
3. Minor amendments throughout the Information Statement.
