UPDATE TO SALIENT DATES AND TIMES

Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised words and terms contained in this announcement shall
bear the meanings ascribed thereto in the Circular (defined below).

1.      INTRODUCTION
        Shareholders are referred to the circular distributed on Tuesday, 28 July 2026 (“Circular”),
        relating to the disposal by NWP of the NWP Sale Business, the disposal by enX Ventures of the
        enX Ventures Letting Enterprise (being the “Transactions”) and the approval of the Silver MIP
        Award, and to the announcement released on SENS on Thursday, 27 August 2026 confirming
        that the Transactions and the Silver MIP Award had been approved by the requisite majority of
        Shareholders.

2.      UPDATE TO SALIENT DATES AND TIMES RELEVANT TO THE TRANSACTIONS AND
        THE SILVER MIP AWARD

2.1.       Shareholders are advised that the Transactions and the Silver MIP Award have not yet
           become unconditional. Accordingly, the salient dates and times previously set out in the
           Circular and announced on SENS will no longer apply and will be revised.

2.2.       The revised salient dates and times will be communicated to Shareholders by way of a
           further announcement on SENS in due course.
