Noteholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 1 September
2026 and are hereby advised that the invitation to the release of ACSA’s
annual financial results (“AFR”) scheduled for 07 September 2026 has
been postponed to 09 September 2026 at 09:00 – 11:30 due to unforeseen
circumstances.

The Company wishes to extend an apology for any inconvenience caused and
looks forward to sharing the ACSA’s AFR for year ended 31 March 2026.
