Update: Availability of the unaudited draft Annual Financial Statements

Noteholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service of the
JSE Limited on 31 August 2026, advising of the council sitting of the City of Ekurhuleni Metropolitan
Municipality on 31 August 2026 where the unaudited draft Annual Financial Statements for the year
ended 30 June 2026 (Draft Core AFS) were presented to the councillors for noting and thereafter
submitted to the auditor general for audit.

The City of Ekurhuleni would like to advise Noteholders, the Draft Unaudited Core AFS for the financial
year ending 30 June 2026 submitted to the Auditor General are available for downloading on
Ekurhuleni’s website under the folder 2025/26 at the below link:
