NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, 
the board of directors of Mercedes-Benz South Africa Limited ("MBSA Limited") hereby notifies noteholders 
that Mr. Andreas Brand is resigning from his position as Chief Executive Officer of MBSA Limited, effective 
May 31, 2026.

He has taken up a new assignment as the Head of Supply Chain Management in Mercedes-Benz AG. A successor to 
Mr. Andreas Brand will be communicated by MBSA Limited in due course.
