In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements,
noteholders are hereby advised of the appointment of Mr. Jin Lu as Director of the New Development
Bank replacing Ms. Junhong Chang with effect from 09 September 2026.

The appointment is in accordance with the Articles of Agreement of the Issuer and were made pursuant
to the policy dealing with the nomination of directors of the Issuer.
