AVAILABILITY OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE GUARANTORS
Noteholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2024 of Super Group
Holdings Proprietary Limited ("SGH"), Super Group Trading Proprietary Limited, Super Group Africa Proprietary
Limited and Bluefin Investments Limited ("Bluefin") (collectively, the "financial statements"), being the
guarantors to the Issuer's ZAR7 500 000 000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, are available through a
secure electronic manner at the election of the person requesting inspection.
The audit reports issued on the financial statements were unqualified, with comparative period restatements on
the Statement of Comprehensive Income and the Statement of Financial Position in SGH and Bluefin.
The restatement of the comparative numbers in SGH related to the accounting treatment of inter-company
loans. This restatement did not have a material impact on SGH's Statement of Comprehensive Income and no
impact on the Statement of Cash Flows.
The restatement of the comparative numbers in Bluefin related to the recognition of revenue on a waiver of
warranties and the change in classification of residual value provisions from a pooled basis to an asset basis. The
combined impact of these restatements was favourable to Bluefin's Statement of Comprehensive Income and
Statement of Cash Flows.
