FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the Company's previous cautionary announcements, the last of which
was published on 21 May 2026, in which shareholders were advised that, following the termination
of the proposed transaction and having regard to the Company's financial position, the Company's
board of directors ("Board"), after obtaining appropriate professional advice, had resolved that it
was in the best interests of the Company, its creditors and affected stakeholders to apply to the
High Court of South Africa for an order placing the Company into provisional liquidation.

Shareholders are hereby advised that the process of applying for the provisional liquidation order
is ongoing.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the
Company's securities until a further announcement is made.
