Notification of resignation and appointment of Company Secretary

In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited ("JSE") Debt and Specialist Securities Listings
Requirements, the board of directors of Transsec 5 (RF) Limited ("the Board") hereby notifies Noteholders
that Dorethea van Deventer of Resolve Corporate Services (Pty) Ltd has resigned as company secretary
of the Issuer with effect from 17 February 2026. The change forms part of the Issuers ongoing cost
optimisation. The Board thanks Ms. Dorethea for her dedicated service and valuable contributions during
her tenure.

Yvette Dembskey of Seamless Secretarial Solutions (Pty) Ltd has been appointed as the company
secretary of the Issuer, with effect from 17 February 2026.
