APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

In compliance with paragraph 6.71(a) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Mr Kevin Evans ("Kevin") has been appointed to the Board of Numeral as an Independent Non-
Executive Director with effect from 1 July 2026. The Board has undertaken a fit and proper assessment
in considering his appointment.

Kevin brings over 46 years of dynamic business experience to Numeral. His journey began in the fuel
retail industry, where he joined his father's family business and successfully expanded it to manage six
filling stations across South Africa over a notable 25-year period.

In 2005, he co-founded Limpopo Readymix, significantly growing the company to establish four plants
in the Merensky chrome mining basin, before selling his shares in 2013. Continuing his entrepreneurial
spirit, Kevin ventured into the civil construction sector, launching Merensky Civil Construction in 2007 to
fulfill the infrastructure needs of emerging mines, later exiting the business in 2015.

His contributions to the food distribution industry are also noteworthy; he invested in Siyakula Foods in
2005, which supported government school feeding programmes in Mpumalanga, selling his shares in
2012. Kevin then turned his attention to the mining and aggregate industry by investing in Quarry and
Mining, which he successfully sold to a national road-building company in 2016.

In the logistics and container handling sector, he co-founded the Durban Container Park in 2012. Under
his leadership, the business expanded to include a second depot in Cape Town, culminating in its sale
to an international shipping company in 2023. He also made significant strides in the coal mining and
beneficiation industry by investing in Ukufisa, where he oversaw the development of two mining pits
until he sold his shares in 2017.

Most recently, Kevin has co-founded a new ready-mix concrete business in the Serengeti complex,
positioning the company for growth as they expand their supply capacity and increase production
volumes. His diverse expertise and ability to drive growth across various industries make him a valuable
asset to the team at Numeral.

Numeral has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange Mauritius and a secondary listing on the AltX of
the JSE.
