APPOINTMENT OF AN INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

In compliance with paragraph 6.71 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the board of directors of the Company
(the "Board") is pleased to announce that Dr Elizabeth (Liesbeth) Botha has been appointed as an
independent non-executive director of the Board, as well as a member of the Risk Committee and the
Social, Ethics and Transformation Committee with effect from 1 July 2026.

Dr Botha holds a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Pretoria and a
Doctorate in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

She has a distinguished career and currently serves as a non-executive director of The SPAR Group Limited
and Novus Holdings Limited. Her previous appointments include Chief Digital Officer of
PricewaterhouseCoopers Africa, executive director of the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research
(CSIR), executive director of Innovation and Commercialisation at the University of Stellenbosch, and
Council member of the University of Pretoria. Prior to her executive roles, Dr Botha was professor of
Electronic and Computer Engineering at the University of Pretoria. Her extensive expertise includes fields
such as artificial intelligence, data analysis, artificial neural networks and machine learning.

In compliance with paragraph 6.73 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Board confirms that it has
conducted the requisite fit and proper assessment in terms of paragraph 5.6 of the JSE Listings
Requirements and is satisfied with the outcome of the assessment.

Reunert further confirms that there are no matters requiring disclosure relating to the integrity information
contained in the declaration completed by Dr Botha, in compliance with paragraph 6.74 of the JSE Listings
Requirements.

The Board welcomes Dr Botha to Reunert and looks forward to benefitting from her considerable knowledge
and experience.
