Correction - Autocallable Notes Announcement for GS120C Notes
Holders of the Goldman Sachs International Autocallable notes are hereby referred to the SENS
announcement released on 15 May 2026, relating to the coupon payment on GS120C notes and advised
that the announcement was incorrect.
The correct announcement should have been for an Automatic Early Redemption and Noteholders are
further advised that the payment of R 104 972 513.45 has already been made with the Interest Rate in
Cents per Note of 104972.51345 cents.
The salient dates relating to the GS120C redemption are as follows:
