Directorate Change

In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited ("JSE") Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements,
the board of directors of Urban Ubomi 2 (RF) Limited ("the Board") hereby notifies noteholders of the 
resignation of Ms Ilona Loretta Roodt as a director of the company with effect from 1 April 2026. Accordingly, 
Ms Chantelle De Jongh has been appointed as a director of the company with effect from the same date.

Ms De Jongh is a finance professional with over 15 years' experience in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting. 
She joined the Tuhf Capital Group in February 2024 as a Management Accountant, where she is responsible for financial 
reporting and the preparation of annual financial statements. She holds a BCom Honours degree in Management Accounting 
from North-West University and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) through CIMA. She has experience in
financial modelling and strategic decision-making.

The Board extends its sincere appreciation to Ms Roodt for her dedicated service and valuable contributions during her tenure. 
The Board also welcomes Ms De Jongh and looks forward to benefiting from her expertise.
