RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR

In compliance with paragraph 6.71 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, SABZK shareholders are
advised that Mr Lufuno Shinwana, a non-executive director of SABZK, has resigned with effect from
28 February 2026.

The chairman of the SABZK board ("Board") expressed appreciation on behalf of the Board for Mr
Shinwana's valuable contribution to the Company.
