CHANGES TO THE BOARD AND CHANGE IN ROLE
In compliance with paragraph 6.71(a)-(c) of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Board of Directors
of the Company wishes to announce the resignation of Mr Mike Miller ("Mike") as the Group
Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director with effect from 28 February 2026.
Mike played an integral role in the strategic leadership of the Company and he diligently fulfilled
his duties with the highest level of integrity, expertise and commitment.
Mike has taken the difficult decision to resign in order to allow him to spend more time with his
young family. Mantengu's operational ramp up to steady state also demanded increased
executive time on site and it would have been difficult for Mike to commit this time.
The Board expresses its deep gratitude to Mike for his faithful service and guidance over the
years.
CHANGE IN ROLE
Mr Magen Naidoo ("Magen") – has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer with effect from
1 March 2026. Magen was previously the Company's Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief
Financial Officer.

previously an Audit Partner at Deloitte where he spent over 17 serving large listed clients whose
operations span the globe.
Magen has wide industry experience across many sectors, including significant experience in
the mining industry, having serviced clients such as the Anglo American group for a number of
years. Magen has been actively involved in operations as deputy Chief Executive Officer over
the past few months as well as the Company's various acquisitions and the group strategy over
the past few years. This will enable him to transition to the role of Chief Executive Officer
seamlessly.
BOARD APPOINTMENT
Mr Langton Mpofu ("Langton") has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company
with effect from 1 March 2026.
Langton is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 8 years' experience. He obtained a
Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Accounting from the University of Johannesburg. During his
time as an audit manager, he served clients in the mining, public and manufacturing sectors.
He has extensive experience managing the regulatory compliance, financial reporting, risk
management, providing strategic financial insights and analysis. He joined Mantengu in 2024 as
the Group Financial Manager overseeing the group finance function and reporting to the Chief
Financial Officer.
The Board extends its best wishes to Magen in his new role as Chief Executive Officer and is
confident in his ability to guide the Company through the next phase of its growth journey.
