Results of Dividend Reinvestment Plan – 2025 Final Dividend

On 19 August 2025, the Board of BHP determined to pay a final dividend of 60 US cents per share for the
full year ended 30 June 2025. As announced on 19 August 2025, BHP's Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP)
operated in respect of the 2025 final dividend. Full terms and conditions of the DRP and details about how
to participate can be found at bhp.com/DRP.

Eligible shareholders who elected to participate in the DRP have now been allocated shares. The DRP
Allocation Price was calculated for each jurisdiction as an average of the price paid for all shares actually
purchased to satisfy DRP elections. The DRP Allocation Price applicable to each exchange for the 2025
final dividend is as follows:
