CREDIT RATING NOTIFICATION


Noteholders of Attacq Treasury's debt securities listed under its R5,000,000,000 Domestic Medium-Term Note Programme are hereby advised that GCR Ratings (?GCR?) has released a credit rating announcement in which GCR affirmed Attacq Limited's long-term and short-term national scale issuer ratings of A+(ZA) and A1(ZA) respectively, with a Stable outlook. 

According to GCR, Attacq Limited's "ratings reflect its high-quality South African portfolio of modern, green buildings, with its active development pipeline expected to continue to drive growth over the medium to long term" and "reflects GCR's expectation that the REIT will continue delivering a strong operational performance as occupancies improve and newly developed buildings are tenanted."
