Extension of Trading Halt on the ASX


Further to Orion Minerals Ltd's (Orion or Company) (ASX/JSE: ORN) request of 19 May 2026 for its securities
to be placed in trading halt on the ASX, the Company has requested that its securities be placed in
voluntary suspension on the ASX from the commencement of trading on Thursday, 21 May 2026 in
accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, pending release of an announcement in relation to a capital raising.

The Company requested and was granted that the voluntary suspension remain in place until the earlier
of the commencement of trading on Monday, 25 May 2026 or the release of the announcement referred
to above.

The Johannesburg Stock Exchange has not declared a corresponding trading halt and, accordingly,
investors should exercise caution when dealing in Orion's securities until such time as Orion makes an
announcement to the market in relation to the outcome of the capital raising.
