Toronto, August 4, 2026 – Aimia Inc. (TSX: AIM; JSE: AII) will announce its second quarter 2026 financial results for
the period ended June 30, 2026 on Tuesday, August 11, 2026.

Aimia's financial results are expected to be released at approximately 6:00 am ET (12:00 pm SAST) followed by a live presentation by
