CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings
Requirements, PAR Funding Company hereby advises noteholders of the following changes to the
board of directors of the Issuer (Board), with effect from 13 November 2025:

  -   Ms Itumeleng Annah Phoshoko has resigned as a non-executive director of the Issuer, to pursue
      other opportunities; and
  -   Mr Johannes Daniel Symington has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Issuer, in
      order to fill a vacancy on the Board.

The Issuer confirms that the appointment of Mr Symington was made in accordance with the group
policy pertaining to the process for nomination and appointment of directors.

The Board wishes to thank Ms Phoshoko for her invaluable contribution during her tenure and wishes
her the best in her future endeavours. The Board welcomes Mr Symington as a director.
