CONSTITUTION OF BOARD COMMITTEES

Following recent appointments to the board of directors (“Board”) and in
accordance with the requirements of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that the Board has made changes to the constitution of its Board
committees (“Committees”).

The changes to the Committees take into account the unique skills and experience
of each director and align the Board with the recommendations of the King IV
Code on Corporate Governance.

Following implementation of the abovementioned changes, the Committees will
be constituted as follows:
