NOTIFICATION OF THE VOTING RESULTS IN RESPECT OF THE MEETING OF NOTEHOLDERS


Capitalised terms and expressions used herein and not otherwise defined herein, shall bear
the meanings ascribed thereto in the relevant Applicable Pricing Supplement.

Noteholders are referred to the notice of meeting released on SENS on 5 May 2026 (the
Notice of Meeting), in which the Written Extraordinary Resolutions set out below were
proposed:

-     amendments to the respective margins under the Floating Rate Note provisions (Item
      C(11)), summarised as follows:
