FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT: - MEYA MINING




1.    Shareholders are referred to the Company’s cautionary announcement dated 8 July
      2026 regarding information relating to Meya Mining Limited (“Meya Mining”), Trustco’s
      minority equity interest in Meya Mining and Trustco’s loan receivable from Meya
      Mining.


2.    Shareholders are advised that, as at the date of this announcement, there has been
      no material change to the position disclosed in the cautionary announcement of 8 July
      2026.


3.    Trustco will make a further announcement once there is sufficient certainty regarding
      the matters previously disclosed and any information requiring disclosure in
      accordance with its continuing regulatory and market disclosure obligations.


4.    Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing
      in the Company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
