NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Notice is hereby given that the Company’s annual meeting of shareholders will be held at 16H00, local time,
09H00 Eastern Time, on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at 7 Parks Boulevard, Oxford Parks, Dunkeld,
Johannesburg, 2196, South Africa, to transact the business as stated in the notice of the annual meeting which
can be found on Lesaka’s website at 2026 Proxy statement.

Lesaka’s Board of Directors has fixed the close of business on Friday, September 25, 2026, as the record date
for determining shareholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the meeting. The last day to trade was Monday,
September 21, 2026. The following are the salient dates related to the annual meeting:

 Last day to trade to receive the notice of the annual meeting and to vote Monday, September 21, 2026
 at the annual meeting
 Record date to determine shareholders entitled to receive notice of, and Friday, September 25, 2026
 to vote at, the annual meeting*
