UPDATE ON THE ACQUISITION OF THE PREMIER PLASTICS GROUP

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News
Service on 6 November 2025, setting out the details of Transpaco's acquisition of all of the
issued shares of Premier Plastics Proprietary Limited ("Premier") from Bundeena No 2
Proprietary Limited, Sixone Proprietary Limited and Alessandra Bragazzi, on certain terms
and subject to certain conditions (the "Acquisition") (the "Terms Announcement").

After a comprehensive due diligence investigation, the parties have agreed that Transpaco
will not acquire the issued shares of Polyethylene Recoveries Proprietary Limited, a wholly
owned subsidiary of Premier.

The Acquisition is categorised as a Category 2 transaction in terms of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements.

Save as detailed above, there have been no other changes to the terms contained in the
Terms Announcement and no significant new matter has arisen since the publication of the
Terms Announcement.
