1. Introduction
This announcement is issued for information purposes, following the JSE approving the listing of the
class A shares of the TBI Global Targeted Yield UCITS Fund ("TBGT Actively ManagedETF").
The information set out below has been extracted from the Prescient Global Funds ICAV - ETF
Programme Memorandum issued on 15 January 2025, and updated 08 July 2025, and the 2nd
Supplement relating to the TBGT Actively ManagedETF issued on 08 July 2025 and utilises the terms
and definitions contained therein unless otherwise specified. The Prescient Global Funds ICAV - ETF
Programme Memorandum and the Supplement will also be available on the Issuer's website
https://www.prescient.co.za/funds/other-funds/.
2. Summary of the listing
TBI Investment Managers Propriety Limited, (FSP no 42968), has been appointed to manage the
underlying assets of the investment portfolio and execute transactions to reflect these changes on
behalf of the Issuer as per the Investment Management Agreement between the parties.
The Fund primary objective is to outperform short-term interest rates of developed markets to the extent
consistent with the preservation of capital and maintaining liquidity.
The Fund aims to achieve this objective by investing in a diversified portfolio of liquid, investment grade
fixed income securities with remaining maturities not longer than 1 year and floating rate notes with
remaining maturities not longer than 3 years.
The JSE has approved the listing of 10,000 Class A shares in the TBI Global Targeted Yield UCITS
Fund on the "Exchange Traded Fund" sector and the "Actively Managed ETF" sub-sector of the main
board of the JSE Limited, by way of an introduction at an issue price of 10,000 cents (R100) from
Tuesday, 15 July 2025.
