UPDATED PRO FORMA FINANCIAL INFORMATION OF PREMIER

Capitalised words and phrases in this announcement shall, unless the context indicates otherwise, bear
the same meanings ascribed thereto in the combined offer circular to RFG shareholders dated
13 November 2025 ("the Circular").

In the Circular, Shareholders were informed that updated pro forma financial effects on Premier relating
to the Scheme would be announced following the release of Premier's consolidated audited financial
statements for the financial year ended 28 September 2025.

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released today on SENS by Premier ("Premier
Announcement") containing the updated pro forma financial effects of the Scheme on Premier. A copy
