Managing Director Errol Smart to host a live investor webinar on Monday, 22 April 2024


Orion Minerals Ltd (ASX/JSE: ORN) (Orion or the Company) is pleased to advise that its Managing Director & CEO,
Errol Smart, will host a live investor webinar to provide an update on recent progress at the Company's two copper
development assets, the Prieska Copper Zinc Mine (PCZM) and Okiep Copper Project, both located in South
Africa's Northern Cape Province.

The webinar will be held on Monday, 22 April 2024, commencing at 9:00am AWST / 11:00am AEST.
