TRADING STATEMENT

In terms of paragraph 3.4(b) of the JSE Limited ("JSE") Listings Requirements, a listed company is
required to publish a trading statement as soon as it becomes reasonably certain that the financial
results for the next period to be reported on will differ by 20% or more from the financial results for the
previous corresponding period.

The Company hereby advises that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that, for the year ended
31 March 2025 ("Current Period"):

-     earnings per share ("EPS") is expected to be between 106.31 cents and 115.41 cents, reflecting an
      increase of between 40.1% and 52.1% compared to the EPS of 75.86 cents for the year ended
      31 March 2024; and
-     headline earnings per share ("HEPS") is expected to be between 94.00 cents and 103.45 cents,
      reflecting an increase of between 19.4% and 31.4% compared to the HEPS of 78.75 cents for
      the year ended 31 March 2024.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed nor reported
on by the Company's external auditors. The audited results for the Current Period are expected to be
published on or about 13 June 2025.
