CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT - DISTRIBUTION AND RE-INVESTMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
FOR THE QUARTER ENDED 31 MARCH 2022

NewFunds hereby refers security holders of the various portfolios
mentioned above to the distribution and re-investment announcements
published on SENS on 14 April 2022 (“the Announcement”).

Securities holders are specifically referred to the sentence included
in the Announcement which read:

“The distribution will be paid on Monday, 25 April 2022 to all
securities holders recorded on the register on Friday, 29 April 2022.”

Securities holders are advised that the above sentence has been
corrected to state:

“The distribution will be paid on Tuesday, 03 May 2022 to all
securities holders recorded on the register on Friday, 29 April 2022.”
Other than the correction set out above all the information on the
announcement remains unchanged.
