Shareholders of Motus (“Shareholders”) are advised that the Integrated Annual Report, Notice of the
Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) and proxy form have been made available to Shareholders today,
Wednesday, 30 September 2020.
No change statement
The consolidated audited Annual Financial Statements of the Group for the year ended 30 June 2020,
on which Deloitte & Touche expressed an unmodified opinion and included key audit matters, contain no
modifications to the audited results which were released on SENS on 16 September 2020.

Notice is hereby given that the AGM of shareholders of the Company will be held through electronic
