DISTRIBUTION OF A CIRCULAR TO SHAREHOLDERS AND NOTICE OF A GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 24 June 2019,
27 August 2019 and 25 October 2019 relating to the conclusion of agreements by the
Company which contain a Drag Along Right and an Exit Right and are advised that a circular
incorporating a notice of a general meeting, as detailed below, was distributed today to
shareholders recorded in the Company’s share register on Friday, 15 November 2019.

NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that a general meeting of the Company’s shareholders will be held at
1st Floor, FedGroup Place, Willie van Schoor Avenue, Bellville, 7530, South Africa on Monday,
13 January 2020 at 10:00.

The salient dates and times relating to the General Meeting are set out below:
